Schoolhouse creates an abundance of rich content around the products they make and sell, the people behind the brand, inspiring spaces that use their products, tips and tricks about how to style and much more. They wanted an online platform that could organize and showcase all the diverse content, that would be easy for the customer to navigate and enjoy.
It was important that the Schoolhouse customer is always able to easily get back to the commerce website from the blog site, so there is a fixed navigation bar on the top of each blog page that can take them back to shop. The article previews and articles are shown in a continuous scroll so users can view content seamlessly. A secondary fixed navigation bar can filter the content as well as provide a search bar so customers can always find content that interests them. Articles are laid out with multiple arrangements of paragraph blocks, photos and pull quote styles to balance content and make it easy to digest.
